I’ve been an editor, content designer and journalist for 25 years, both in print and online. I completed a post-grad diploma of magazine journalism at Highbury College, Portsmouth, then worked on a B2B title, before going into corporate communications.
In 2000 I went to Australia and stayed a decade. In that time I worked as chief-sub and features editor at a major men’s lifestyle magazine for ACP Publishing (now Bauer), and as managing editor – including web editor – on a new-launch sports and lifestyle title for News Ltd.
Back in the UK, I wrote and edited content for a range of magazines, newspapers and websites, before moving into content design for government clients.
